Born in 1983 in an art-loving family in Iran, Younes Ansari had a very diverse desire and taste in art and study. He started to paint and draw at the age of 8, and very soon at the age of 16 Younes started his professional career as an illustrator. He graduated with a B.A. degree in English Translation course of study, and M.A. in painting.

 

During all these years of work and study, painting was his love, and teaching art was an inseparable part of his life. Today the Iranian regime under the Islamic Republic's rule routinely punishes activists and religious and ethnic minorities for peaceful activities, preventing the free exercise of belief and expression. For artists, life can be quite challenging. However, the spirit of creativity remains. Younes Ansari, a Master artist, continues to paint - gracing us with beauty.
