My most recent work are mosaics made from hand cast paper cubes which are then painted and assembled. With few exceptions I mainly produce portraits and figure studies. I enjoy combining the time honored techniques of paper making and mosaic with today's technology of digital photography. My mosaic seem to have two realities an abstract reality of color and texture when viewed up close which becomes a more photographic reality as you move and view from further away.
