Michelle Williams is a self taught, abstract artist who resides in the beautiful Hudson Valley area.
She draws her inspirations from different aspects of her life. She often uses various tools and textures to give her viewers the opportunity to have their own personal, visual experience.
The truth is abstract art is not about nothing. At its basis, it is about form, pattern, composition and process. Abstract art gives her the freedom to explore and assign her own meaning to her pieces. She will continue in her journey through life with paint brush in hand.
STATEMENT
With using just a silicon tool,I created this bold acrylic abstract painting.This piece represents the need to let go of the old and make room for something new.
