Statement
"King of Cool" depicts two Cotton Club types from a Detroit bus station. Iconic in nature the paintings display is unusual for its neon backlighting that sets the "Mood for the Blues". "When the Fat Lady Sings" encourages viewers to look beyond the physical and feel the beauty from within.
