Statement

Abiodun Eniyandunni's subject matters are of African socio-cultural heritage. His concept is based on contemporary art discourses and global issues on the continent, Africa cultural heritage and ancestral discrimination. He is using his arts in reaching out to the art world about cultural identity and racial discrimination and to talk about his ancestral historical heritage. He wants the audience to appreciate the context of arts rather than the separation due to the geographical background or racial connection of artist or the subject matter and still retain the messages from the artwork.

Abiodun believes that through depth understanding of socio-cultural anthropology, a better perspective of arts aesthetically philosophy can be achieved and enjoyed.
