Artist Statement: Doubles are normally eaten during breakfast, but are eaten occasionally for lunch or a late-night snack. They are made with two baras (flat fried dough) and filled with curry channa (curried chickpeas) and various chutneys. Probably everyone in Trinidad and Tobago loves doubles! That’s unity in diversity!
